How to Get a Free Tansfer Cable

Hi guys I recently received my transfer cable for free from Microsoft.

It is actually simple.

*Have your serial number handy*

First you need to Remember the Golden rules:

Be Polite
Be Nice
Treat the Person Like Your Mother



1. Call 1-800-4MY-XBOX
2. Tell the robot to take you to technical support.
3. When you arrive at a technician tell them you received a transfer cable and a 120 GB Hard Drive as a gift. (Lying OFC)
4. Tell them all the info they ask
5. Tell them the transfer kit has never been opened and is damaged and you need a replacement.
6. They ask you to replace your old one either tell them why would you pay for shipping on a gift you received or talk to the supervisor
7. Wait for your transfer kit
8. Begin modding.


*Note* Some old laptops cannot supply enough power the transfer kit*

If I treated the person like my mother I'd be banned...

Hahhaha nah, I just payed for one that should arrive soon, so I can't test it out.

Dont u have to send the ur "damaged" transfer cable? or they dont care?

I bought one off ebay for $6.90. Should be here next week.
