Borderlands Modded Guns and Custom Weapons

First topic message reminder :

I have upwards of 1000 modded guns and shields. I have about everything modded that you can!

I can also make modded weapons. Just give me specifications

IE:
Weapon (Sniper, SMG, Shotgun, etc...)
Damage: I can get it pretty high but keep it reasonable
Effects: Elemental? Bullet types?

Please note that the guns might be hexed (in weapon slots) to level 81...can't remember lol...just remeber to hex them to level 69 (00 47) or what ever you like...

sorry but I dont know how to hex, the guns are in lvl 3... Im in lvl 69 Can u teach me how to edit the lvl? tNx....

if u can share any modded shield, mod class and guns (pistol,shotguns,smg,launchers...etc with high damage and ammo regen or elemental effects ) for lvl 69 so I dont have to bother u teaching me how to hex hehehe.. thank u

If your guns & gear or NOT scorpio mods, then in willowtree just change levels to 69 and save...if they are scorpio mods then the levels need to be hexed but, that's no problem...try choosing one of your scorpio modded guns in willowtree...slide quality and level all the way left...save it...close willowtree...open save file in your hex editor...find the gun you just changed...on the right collum will show "YY"...on left collum, select the oo oo associated with the YY...change it to 00 47 (PS3)...save...then copy saved file back to game...this works with any levels...if you are successful then try different levels...the cool thing is that you are able to use just your favorite guns at any level(s)...If they are scorpio mods, here's a cheat sheet I use for different levels...

yo im just looking for some amazing modded weaponss lunchers, smg, shotgun, sniper any is fine. perfer ammo gen if possible. GT StaTTic-NerVe (ps3) cheers

I dont want to be needy or selfish so I was wondering if you can make, tell me how to go about making, or if it is possible to make a rocket launcher that is tye dyed, shoots out multiple rockets when fired(like the beware the horde rocket launcher) and has the chimera effect...

i just really need help i have a bunch of good ideas that i want to try out

The sad thing about borderlands is after all the patches the extent of what you can do is very limited. When making a gun you have to stick with parts from the same type of weapon. So for example if your making a rocket launcher you can't give it the TK's Wave shotgun barrel and make its bullets do the wave. Another thing is the Manufacturers have to match unless you make it a scorpio gun, in which case you remove the manufacturer. Also as far as tye dye weapons go... There might be a program out there that would let you edit the colors and such but I don't think there is and even if it let you only you would be able to see it that way in a game. The easiest way to make mods now is the Gear Calculator over at BLModding If you want to learn how to make a scorpio pretty much make a weapon in the gear calculator then just change its itemgrade to

gd_itemgrades.Weapons.ItemGrade_Weapon_Scorpio

and its Manufacturer to

None

gd_manufacturers.Manufacturers.Stock

In order to change the skin on a weapon you change its Material.

Hope this helped you understand a little bit. Also when making scorpio's I think you have to hex edit the weapon level, I am not sure if the willow tree level bar works. I hex edit all my created weapons levels so I never tried it.
