Borderlands Modded Guns and Custom Weapons

First topic message reminder :

I have upwards of 1000 modded guns and shields. I have about everything modded that you can!

I can also make modded weapons. Just give me specifications

IE:
Weapon (Sniper, SMG, Shotgun, etc...)
Damage: I can get it pretty high but keep it reasonable
Effects: Elemental? Bullet types?

Ask and you should receive.

Looking for a revolver. as sick as you can get it with explosive damage and a scope.

Wicked shield would be nice too but really just want the revolver
