just go to blackra1n.com and download pc version or mac version. plug your ipod/iphone in and hit the "make it rain" wait for it to reboot. Install rock and cydia through the blackra1n app that should appear on you ipod/iphone.(i recommend rock, so much faster)

the easiest way to jailbreak ur touch is blackra1n.com if u have version 3.1.2 use that if u have 3.1.3 u have to wait like 2 weeks till they come out with a jailbreak
