there has been some rumours that this elite cod 4 sniper is coming to MW2 now there has been rumours it is coming with new map packs in mid feb-march there has been a graphic update on the sniper aswell. And Agog sight will have changed aspecially for this sniper.

I hope they put it back... it was my favorite sniper on 4... and I USED to snipe a ton... but in this game I haven't sniped at all... this would probably be a good way to get me back

I dont think they are bringing the M40A3 but you never know..if they do there sales will sky rocket.

No the M40A3 is porbably not coming back, it has the same stats as the intervention.
