Modded Gun, ClassMod, and shield request

Okay so I am looking for someone to make me a modded SMG, like the stock items. But I want it to be called "Satanic SMG" and have ammo regeneration. And a class mod and shield because I want to have a official Modded Classmod/Shield for my website. I want 2 classmods, I want them to be decent, not overly overpowered. Named "JJ Evolutions Staff" and "JJ Evolutions Member" obviously the staff one needs to be better. And 2 shields with the same names "JJ Evolutions Staff" and "JJ Evolutions Member" I think the one for staff should be 10000 and the one for members should be 4000. I need it for PS3 and I don't know how to put it in the game so if you could, add me and just drop the master copies of the class mods and shields, and drop the SMG. There are severe limitations to modded items and weapons now. You cannot make smgs as powerful as stock weapons because the stock smg goes up in level just like all the other guns and would be unequipable so it would be of no use. Also you can't rename items outside of the prefix and title pools in the game so you couldn't name it JJ Evolutions Staff or JJ Evolutions Member. Sorry to tell you this but none of what you seek can be done anymore.
